Pros

Kef ls50 wireless ii is a digital audiophile system. High fidelity and high functionality at anywhere near this price. Both units do, however, have an rca subwoofer out. Use an ethernet cable to connect the two speakers and enjoy lossless sound.

It is a bit quirky and takes some patience. That points to something that astonishes me about this system. The remote control gives me a convenient way to adjust the volume, mute, and on rare occasions, change the source.

They are not compatible with the current iphone app and i think this does not bode well for the future situation of these old models.

This kef sound technology is unlike anything ive ever heard before.

These were awesome products, and if you had $20k+, were a wonderful pre-taste of the 21st century.

Audiophiles viewed this as not belong on audio equipment that costs over $50.

Overall, at least for me, at the sale price of $1999, these are just crazy-good.
