On the first use i noticed a difference from the sample sachet it was so much more watery and didnt have the sticky consistency as the sample sachet anyway i carried on using this for a few weeks but i personally didnt feel it was doing anything at all to help the scar i was very disappointed as the sample had shown such improvement

Ive no idea if the other is a genuine product or not i am merely stating my personal findings and that it just didnt work for me

It may have been genuine it may have been faulty or out of date either way ive wasted money
