Pros

I highly recommend this bag. They stand by their warranty and their workmanship. I also want to point out how inexpensive this is for a name-brand bag.

It's lightweight, compresses down to the size of a large honeydew melon. Has stood up to a few seasons of backpacking and hunting. Perfect for backpacking.

It's roomier than a traditional mummy bag so it's more comfortable for side sleepers. Once zipped it's like a second skin all the way around from my rear up through my chest. I'm a thinner side-sleeper at about 175lbs.

This bag was perfect for me temperature wise. Camped four nights with temps in the upper 30's/low 40’s. Stayed fairly warm at 12,000 ft. Warmer than my alps 35 deg bag for sure.

The bag fit perfectly - i am 5ft 4in and curvy at 160lbs. The bag is a little tight for me (6’1 200lbs) but not what i’d consider constricting.

The only flaw i found was the quality of the zipper.

There are certainly lighter and higher down count bags out there, but for the price, i am very happy with the cosmic.

I highly recommend you use caution when zipping and unzipping, even with the catch guard.

To zip it up i had to be laid perfectly flat with the bag fully taught across my back.
