Pros & Cons
Pros
The pack interior is larger than a 65 liter pack but not overly so. I'm a 5'11 male and this pack fits me like a glove! Love the pass thru storage on each side.
Hipbelt and shoulder straps are comfortable.
There are lots of zippered pockets but what i really like is the large central container which has a zipper at the bottom, so you don't have to pull everything out from the top. The sleeping bag access pocket is great! Very spacious and collapses well... Read More
This pack is amazing! Received it today 9/6/21 and decided to write a review asap. Kelty is a great brand and it’s nice in the wallet.
The quality and durability are top notch. Materials and workmanship appear to be up to kelty standards. Only thing broken is a small tear in the bottom of the bag, which was easy to sow back up.
Cons
There is no separation between the main compartment and the sleeping bag compartment. Company fights customers with their rules in order to replace or refund. The zippers are very cheap and constantly catch the inside of the bag when you zip them.
Highlights
Quality
The zippers and stitching seem durable and the design is very practical.
Great setup of compartments and pockets, comfortable, and a ton of space.
It is very awkward to move when loaded heavy.
The sternum strap came off when i was trying to make an adjustment and i can’t get it back on.
Price
What a great backpack at a great price.
Huge great price great color must have
Time will tell how this pack will hold up but, it seems good for the price.
Not a huge deal for shorter trips but if weight really matters a lot to you, then just know the correct weight.
Shipping
I bought this sucker a couple of weeks ago for a backpacking/camping trip i've got planned across hawaii next month.
Packaging/appearance
Also when looking at the pack, the zipper left front sleeve is fairly large, large enough to hold a first aid kit, and hygiene items, etc.
It is soooo comfortable and easy to carry, even fully packed.
The pack does not have a compartment or an outlet for a water bladder, or somehow i was unable to locate it and it’s hidden in ... Read More
It's more than enough space for a weeklong trip if you know how to properly pack.
