Pros

Every feature seems to be well thought out and well executed. Kelty quality at it's finest. That is a company that supports its product and customers.

The top pouch has adjustable straps and i can loosen them enough to put my sleeping bag and pad in there and tie it down with the top-pouch over it. No frayed threads anywhere. The adjustable strap location makes the fit perfect.

The material is top notch. Fabric is very durable and there are so many places big and small to put stuff. Suspension system transfers weight great and gives good airflow.

Pockets are where they should be to use and store items. I can comfortably fit a hunting rifle (rem 770 30-06 & rem 597 22lr or mossberg shotgun) in each end and strap it down (probably not ment for it, but hey).

This is an absolute workhorse for the price. This is something to think about when deciding on this pack. Most people are used to the bottom access panel configuration that is on most packs.

Fits nicely on the back and easy to carry.

I haven't gotten any rips, tears, broken zippers, broken buckles, etc.

Enough storage space and separation between compartments.

Within 2 weeks from me mailing it to them, it was returned to me fully repaired.

I've used other military packs and this one is on par as far as comfort.
