Great color. Neutral/green-grey color is nice. This thing is awesome.

The 500d fabric, webbing, and buckles are all heavier duty than the regular redwing. There are only two complaints i have that span all three tactical redwings, but are in no way a deal breaker for me. I only wish it had a thicker base but all in all ... Read More

High quality construction, good frame, great padding/straps.

The kelty redwing tactical is a durable and high quality bag with a load bearing system usually reserved for packs that are much larger.

The entire wall of the back storage pouch is velcro compatible.

It felt as thought a heavy load would pull the enclosure flap open.

Wow and to think how steamed i was to pay over 100 bucks.

Shipping

This bag was great took 3 week trip to thailand and it held everything i could need with space to spare.

I bought this bag to go to ireland in spring of 2018 for 10 days.

Packaging/appearance

Basically, this could have and should have been an awesome pack and simply did not live up to its potential.

There is a padded sleeve on the inside of the pack for laptops or hydration bladders.

Too much confusion and misunderstanding around a pretty good pack.

I was using a slightly smaller camelbak linchpin and the kelty is far superior.
