The bottom of the tent is not water proof

Not only that but the rain fly doesnt actually cover the whole tent

Like it doesssss but if you stale down one side it will be slightly elevated on the other side by like an inch but the direction of the rain made it so that inch was getting wet and since that inch happened to be made of the same material as the bottom of the tent it was getting wet on the inside

Its only about 4 inches thick when sitting on the bottom of the bag

Customer service is confusing to reach call by phone do not try the email contact when using the phone the representatives clearly speak english and are empowered to make it right my tent could have been returned via amazon prime but choose to return it to the kelty repair facility with a two to three week turnaround
