Replaced stock tires on a 20 year old rock hopper. Replaced knobby tyres with these city slicks on my e bike. Installed easily on my 26” rims, replacing my panaracer 2.
Tires have lots of tread in the center of the tire, and are distributed and textured very well for safe and confident cornering. Great traction without heavy tread. Great tire for paved and gravel bike trails.
Don't hesitate to buy them. Worth the value and look forward to putting mileage on these. Very nicely designed tires, and well made for the money.
They perform outstanding. Seem durable. They perform well and feel well balanced.
Quieter, smoother, 2-4mph bump in average speed for the same amount of effort. Very quiet on the paved surfaces compared to regular mountain bike tires. Ride quiet and smooth.
Cons
Tires are too thin and soft, takes nothing to puncture the tube. No logic other than laying flatter in shipping?

The last two months of not being whined at have been worth the $45 for a pair.
