Pros

It takes a bit to get used to the maneuverability as it swivels. Love the rose gold color.

The suction is wonderfully powerful. The features are great, it has a long cord so i no longer have to stop and plug in multiple places in my house.

The bag has a large capacity. It has an indicator light to tell you when the bag is full. The roll brush on the bottom has a sensor to let you know when it’s active.

It comes with a 5 year warranty which is how long my last pos one lasted so i’m hopeful for this one. I have a collie-mix dog who sheds all year at 3 times the normal rate.

Cons

It means they were trying to mislead gullible consumers like me. Amazon is responsible for a refund, but amazon says i'm past the one month window.

I really love walking past it and admiring the color, but once i plug it in, it may as well be mustard yellow. Supposedly this vacuum has a one year warranty, but kenmore is not honoring it. Less than 6 months in and hose rips at base of vacuum.

Top-heavy, difficult to maneuver, even with the swivel head. It constantly swivels when running it on a straight away without trying to correct it to a straight is cumbersome. The chord holders are useless.

Have had to go over areas several times to pick up things like threads, pocket fuzz, etc. There really isn't anything out there that's any less sucky. Suction is weak.

The front exhaust is vented upwards so it never blows the dirt away from the brushroll.

This is a great value for the price.

I tried a cheaper one that you hold or roll behind you but the floor attachment was horrible because you couldn’t push it on carpet.

The right size and features for the money.

I never thought i’d spend a kenmore intuition amount of money on a vacuum, but i did, and i don’t regret a single cent.
