They slide onoff fast thanks to a forward and back tab the cushion is nice but there is no arch support inside

In addition the sole of those shoes was not cushioned and the thin insert also had a tendency to come out each time you took your foot out of the shoe

The tab is comfortable and does not scratch my feet nor does it feel tight

Also these shoes are very comfortable to slip on and the mesh fabric surrounding the top of the shoe is flexible so it doesnt constraint the position of my feet
