Pros

The only two downsides i have seen are minor. The cord tethering the pen to the unit is handy, just takes a little getting used to, and hangs pretty loose, so it's easy to tangle it with another object. Fit like a glove.

Cons

My number one complaint is that you cannot charge the device while the case is on. There is not enough room for the charger to lay flat and it won't make contact with the device. Arrived with damage to the frame and hard plastic.
