Pros

This product actually works. The opening helps relieve pressure on the nerves in the wrist. It's a bit restrictive and takes some getting used to, but it's a lot better than the agony of chronic carpal tunnel syndrome.

Cons

The area your wrist sits on is just not comfortable and i think too sharp even though it is silicone. Uncomfortable and does not fit well with my wrist.
