Pros
The major redeeming factor for me is that the elevation provided is exactly what i need. I dig my elbow into it, when resting on my elbow, all the time, and it never deflates.
The palm rest is very comfortable. It’s a lot softer on your wrists.
Cons

It leaks toxic goo in 2 places after only about a month. It gets dusty very easily. Coworkers come over to my desk and they think it looks really cool, but after using it once when showing me something, they never want to use it again.
can't move my mouse much at all. It's uncontrollable on any movement. Hard gel padding doesn't conform to the user's hand and wrist.
For my logitech g502 it's useless. The pad itself has a horrible quality and the mouse pointer gets stuck.

I am really impressed with the look in the field of this item.
<--- i respectfully disagree as i am using a newer mouse with the laser tracking, bought my mouse in 2018.
Thinking this is perhaps a problem with the mouse they are using(or dust fiber.

I previously ordered a memory foam pad but it didnt support my wrists due to the foam depressing almost to the bottom of the pad after long use

At first seemed like a quality product but within 60 days of use the gel is already separating from the outer coating and i will have to replace it
