As wrist rests go it ticks the boxes

Nothing overpowering in the slightest and if there is a tv or music on in the background it would be difficult to hear anything

This particular keyboard wrist rest is filled with foam and whilst it feels fairly firm it is not quite as firm as the gel filled version
