Pros

It does a great job of obscuring the screen and works exactly like i wanted it to. Works well enough, and adheres securely. My only complaint is i lose my touch screen ability when the protector is on.

I hope this was helpful. Could not be happier. Balance it between viewer experience and privacy.

As long as your screen brightness matches your surrounding environment correctly, you should get the desired effect. It has a lot to do with how bright you have the screen in relationship to how bright it is in your environment. Can't complain too muc... Read More

Cons

Extremely inconvenient to have to remove screen after each use. It's honestly a mediocre privacy screen at best. Instructions are only in images. No text. No instruction manual.

Magnets in the privacy screen and in my 2020 macbook pro were misaligned. The laptop closes almost entirely, leaving only a super small gap. Even at 50% brightness it's hard to see your own screen.

Easy to stick on the screen and very sturdy

The screen filter itself is high quality and was easy to install.

Keep in mind, all of this testing was done with someone sitting literally shoulder to shoulder, and i'm relaying worst case scenario.

My mbp, like many others, has been plagued with the screen having imprints from the keys that are now permanent marks on the screen.

Price

For ~$40 it's feasible to occasionally purchase a new one if the matte side gets dirty, which was one of my initial concerns.

I took a chance and ordered this produced used like new and i'm glad i did for the lower price.

Shipping

The privacy screen arrived to my home in sofia (eastern europe, bulgaria) in under 2 weeks.

Packaging/appearance

Already threw away the packaging, so i can’t return the screen.

Competitiveness

I have no idea what the difference is between this privacy screen and the more expensive elite, and this is the only one i've tried.

In other words, you won't find something better for it.
