Tightening the arms to counterbalance the weight of the monitors was easy enough to do with the provided allen wrench. Working well for my 34” curved, ultra wide monitor. You will not be disappointed.

The allen wrench included with the arm broke as i attempted to loosen the screw.

If you are using the bracket (not the grommet) it might make sense to add some self stick felt padding - it scratched my desk a little.
