Pros

Ergonomic design prevents hand cramping. Width is just right and the ball moves ever so smoothly and quickly.

Kensington has downloadable free software for customizing their devices. My main use is design apps like photoshop and illustrator.

Cons

My right hand hates it more though. The button is the same for the left-handers out there, but the base is too wide. Holding down thumb causes it to be sore due to unnatural motion.

The kensington trackball is terrible to get installed. The industrial design is also uncomfortably 1980s. The engineering for this is horrible and impractical.

No scroll wheel and no scroll options makes it a really non-functional mouse for web surfing. It did not install correctly the first 6 times i tried to download/install it.

The roller ball is touchy and takes practice but i love the thumb right click.
