The mouse is a great deal of help.
And a $100 trackball should stand up to more than one or two years of near-normal use.
Oh, and these great input devices cost less than they did 20 years ago.
I would have liked someone to have explained to me what i am going to explain before buying it, since it is a high-priced mouse.

Thankfully i found it here on amazon years later, and i still love it.
It took me less than 2 days to get fully acclimated to the slimblade, but now i can confidently say it's been an absolute pleasure to have.
Competitiveness
Had been using logitech marble ball mice since their creation, this is much better.
They seem very similar to the expert mouse as far as pressure needed.
And the flat profile compared to the expert finally found me a mouse which alleviated my pain.

Too frequently the movement is translated to moving the pointer rather than to the screen

Still ive tried many many ambidextrous trackballs through the years i use it lefthanded and since the turboball is no longer made the slimblade is the currentlyavailable model that works best for my preferences
