Pros
The angle is a little high, but not too bad and i have not noticed any soreness from the rubbing. The zippers are super smooth, a couple grades above your average zippers, even the zipper tags have that extra good feel.
The two front pockets are ideal. A requirement is a water bottle holder, and the zippered mesh pocket does a good job. Take it out when needed (especially traveling) and tuck it in and zip when not needed for clean look.
In case you didn't do the math, that's over seven years and about 1880 work days. Ordering another one right now. But i wager that it continues to serve well for a few years.
The top part of the straps are sewn together to create what is apparently a handle for hand carrying. I am a bag lady, and this one is perfect for commuting. Can be worn well with single strap/over one shoulder or two strap as a backpack.
Cons
Only used this laptop to carry a 12 macbook, a few cables, and on occasion a pair of drumsticks.
The backback zippers are just cheap and not designed for daily use. They often jam and i have to zip from the other side over the sticky spot to get it to close. But these zippers stink.

The thing that sucks is that this bag will fall apart guaranteed after the 2 year mark.
I used the first one i got for about two years of very heavy use (and two pandemic years of almost no use).
Price
Note the amount of space afforded between the top of the laptop and the top of the backpack.
The great value of the backpack gives me no regrets and sharing with others
I paid $35 for it 3 years ago.
Would have paid a little more for a zipper.
Packaging/appearance
The pack is as depicted, great size for an ipad pro 11" (largest) and additional gear.
Good things coming in little packages etc

Ive had this great back pack for 6 months now and unfortunately the zipper recently ripped and keeps getting stuck

This pack is super slim but still holds may laptop tablet and all changing and accessory cables

My only concern is that the zippers seem very flimsy handles are super lightweight plastic so plan to be gentle or they will break as other reviewers note
