Bought this to use to zoom chat with long distance fiance. It comes with a microphone and a slide cover for privacy. The microphone sound is pretty clear but be sure to adjust it accordingly as you may actually appear louder to someone else.

Cons

Adjusting via the downloadable software is ok but really fiddly. The mic is completely useless and i've resorted to using the mbp internal mic. Image quality is 2000s-era potato camera, with a very soft image.

Still, i bet it could survive a 50,000-foot drop, packaged like this.
