Pros & Cons
Pros
The kensington wrist pillow does its job without calling attention to itself. It works with ease. The price is reasonable. Great price, communication and fantastic product.
It is long enough for both keyboard and mouse. I still use a mouse pad which overlaps onto the desk but is no problem. The tray is strong enough for my *.
I like the platform for having my mouse and keyboard rest on it, instead of a freestanding wrist rest strip that slides all over the place. My only issue is with the base, while it is fairly strong and stiff, it is slippery.
Cons
Wrist rest has a split down the middle with a very hard wedge just below it. It isn't memory foam or gel, it's just some hard, and presumably cheap, foam. All but one fall outside the dimensions of my under surface pullout tray.
Highlights
Quality
I have had my original one for 2 years and it still retains its shape and firmness.
It does an excellent job of cushioning the wrists along the full width of keyboard and mouse.
This wrist rest has already reduced th epain by about 80% in just the first two weeks of use.
It will not leak like a gel wrist rest, and does not permanently "indent" if you absentmindedly lean on it with an elbow.
Price
Thank you for the great price, communication and fantastic product.
Wish it was cheaper but oh well.
But i will just have to wait till i can afford to buy myself one of these because they are great.
