Pros
Nice product. But unsure about future response of device and service if required.
Suction is good and has a suction regulator knob depending on light to heavy cleaning needs. It is portable and can be hand held too. I like the manouevrability of the rod -- it turns easily to allow one to push the brush under cupboards and sofas.
Best dry vaccum cleaner. Must buy for a budget of 6k. Let's see how long it stays like this though.
Cons
Use filthy words and shout threaten customers. Also they say that the authorised service center is going to call me for the address and other details, which never happens. Only 2 service center in bangalore and least bothered service backup.
The auction power in this vaccum is good however everything else is just bad. Only suction, no blower facility. Suction power is okay but the motor heats so quickly.
Am not happy with this option. This is not at all fair. Totally not worth it.

It is an excellent vacuum cleaner but mind the 2000w motor which if not plugged to the proper power outlet will frequently trip the mains fuse
