The firmware update failed at the soc image and the unit is stuck trying to update that image and restarts continuously

Only issue is when starting my truck in cold weather i must wait for my glow plug light to extinguish before i start it and occasionally it will cause the sound to not work on the radio until i power off the truck and then start it again

I usually fix it now by shutting the radio off after it initializes then start the truck and turn the radio back on

There are also apps available for traffic and fuel prices that can be added to your phone and work via usb
