Pros

Kenwood stand mixers never fail to impress me. This is the replacement for my original 49 year old kenwood chef which i have passed on my granddaughter who is setting up her first home. Very pleased with it.

New model is much quieter than previous one. Seems to mix quicker and more efficiently. Made in china model,, titanium xl.

We liked the simplicity of using the mixer. It is extremely powerful able to deal with stiff mix products. The electrical cable has a handy stowage compartment.

Cons

The bowl isn't sturdy when in place. If you try and add anything cold to your mix it all sticks in one place at the bottom and any liquid sits on top.

The build quality is good with the exception of the shield which does not fit perfectly.

The quality of the mixer goes without saying as shown by the fact that i have had 3 in the last 50 years.
