In my honest opinion the bottom image is of much better quality because it is much clearer and looks great at night also.

I did not buy this through amazon, unfortunately as it is cheaper here than at the story wherein i purchased it.
Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't so pricey.
Almost all were cheaper than this model.

Fast shipping and a great backup camera i actually bought 2 one for the front and one for the back.

The view button can also be used to change the language from japanese to english if you purchase a more affordable japanese market version its the exact same product just different default language

It may be the same for other languages or the view button may need to be held for a different length of time dont know just call and ask kenwood tech support they were friendly i spoke to a guy named bob

For a while now ive been thinking that a backup camera would be a great idea and a tremendous safety item
