It works fantastic with iphones and its almost entirely made for iphones if your using a android phone its less compatible very few phones will allow you to choose songs on the radio its self with some phones unable to play and pause or skip songs from the radio

On the other hand spotify works perfect but if you switch from spotify to another app it loses connection or something and takes 28 seconds to start playing music

Great head unit like most the direct sun makes it hard to see and with no knobs you have to take your eyes off the road to adjust
