Pros

Always buy a dashcam with a suction cup to change to different vehicles. This one comes with both suction and magnetic holder. Easy to interchange between 2 cars.


Cons

The video quality is decent, but the entire unit is so small. If it's set for 720, the recording is erratic. Sometimes the'mic' icon has a red light through it, sometimes not. The app that is integrated with this camera is absolutely horrendous.

It holds 2 hours of footage and loop records.

That being said, the cam my wife bought failed within the first year.

I still love this product for the price.

I believe this is a great dash cam for everyone especially at the price it sells for.

Some other reviewers pointed out garmin cam doesnt come with suction cup attachment, turns out you have to pay $14.

Not worth $180, but i got mine on sale and it was worth the price i paid.

I like that compared to the a701 series.

At this price point, i think this dash cam has all the features of more expensive models.

I came from much older cobra series dashcams.

Relatively user friendly device and app compared to my two previous (different brand) comparable dashcams.

    I dislike that the file size is too large to email even with lower resolution and only one minute video files

    Found that it is good if you are uploading straight to youtube or else you have to remove the sd card and put it in a different reader for the files to be of manageable size

    I noticed that the cam would reset daily causing me to have to reprogram constantly…only to learn that one does need to keep a charge on the internal battery…duh
