I’m hopeful this will be my final food processor purchase! I am delighted and provided you have plenty of space this item exceeds all expectations. It is quite a versatile unit, and we make good use of this every week.
The thermos-resist jug means you can blend hot items such as soups or purees with ease, but also in safety. The blender jug is heavy (it's glass after all) but not heavier than most similar blenders'.

Turn it on and its 1000w motor delivers speed and reliability. Motor is pleasingly powerful, but the dogs didn't flinch.
Cons
It feels big and bulky but not well engineered and elegant. Very bad costumer service.
While the bowl looks sturdy, the actual locking mechanism is very delicate and poor design. If you don't close it properly, your entire kitchen will be covered in smoothie. Also the dough blade melted at the top not sturdy at all.

Overall we are really pleased with the performance – it is quite a versatile unit, and we make good use of this every week.
Just don’t use the whisking tool, it melted at my first use (i had read other reviews about this before buying so not too surprised).
Could do with the tool holder being bigger so that it can hold all the attachments in one place.

Be careful it is v big takes up a lot of space far too big for the average size kitchen best to goto a retail shop and see them choose the one you want then look elsewhere for a good deal
