Pros

Sounds great after some fine tuning. Very satisfied. Only thing that needs improvement is the remote.

Pioneer has the best looks but kenwood has better sound. Takes a little bit of time to remember the process of changing settings/eq. Once audio is setup the way you like, it stays that way.

I have this stereo going to an amp with two 12 subwoofers, and and powering the cabin's midrange and tweeters directly. To the subwoofer size and speaker size.

Easy to install diesel pusher. You have to download the instruction manual. Easy to tune.

Cons

This receiver works but is buggy! The face plate has a feature where if there is any moisture in the air it will read protect and the radio is unuseable. It's so frustrating when it doesn't work that i end up using the radio half the time.

And of course high quality from kenwood, as always…i highly recommend this unit

Thd amazon filter said its fits to honda accord 2017 but when we re installing its not compatible so i m dissapointed

I had a pioneer replacement radio installed years ago in my 1993 miata but the radio sound never right.

Price

The price of less than $100 was good for the pocket too!

For the price, you cannot beat this head unit!

Was told he couldn't do it for 5-7weeks at a cost of between $400-$1,000.

At its price range i have no complaints.

Packaging/appearance

Nice clean looking head unit, sounds good and is a smaller package because it doesn't play cds.

Competitiveness

I have used sony, pioneer, and jvc which currently owns kenwood.

I have not used any other brands than the ones mentioned above so i can't say its the absolute best.

Pioneer has the best looks but kenwood has better sound.
