I called kenwood customer support described the product and what was missing at that point i was informed that these were in fact fake kenwood productsin the product images it shows kenwood excelon on the rear of the speaker along with the serial number and the grill has the word excelonthe product i received has no excelon on the box the speaker or the grill and there is no serial numberthe 4th picture is a real kenwood excelon box packaged by kenwoodthese are fake good sound but test fit on a 1990 mazda miata with the stock miata speaker cover shows it will not fit with the stock speaker covers
