I ordered this on boxing day and it had arrived by the 28th of december.
All three items came on time ,would recommend this to any one.

The only criticism i make of the kmix is its safety feature if you lift the head of the mixer say to add ingredients without switching it off after putting the head down again it does not recommencing beatingwhiskingkneading the dial has to be switched off and then on again before it restarts

I had the choice of the mixers the kmix or the kitchen aid in the end it was down to the price which made the kmix win hands down
