The only complaint with the kenwood is after adjusting all the brightness contrast negativepositive screen options and text styles available it is still bloody hard to see the lcd screen which may be more an issue with the factory mount angle in the dash than the unit itself

I didnt want a cd for salt water to get into the slot and being installed on a boat cds and vibration dont mix

I found in the sun light i would have to put my face right up against the unit with my hands shielding the sun and strain to see the display

The other reason for removing the star is this unit is sold as a marine unit
