Tried to order attachments over the telephone when the email came through the wrong part was on the order despite me quoting the part number over the phone and it was a nightmare getting through on the phone again to cancel it

I bought this after a great deal of deliberation and research to replace a smaller cheaper mixer which for my main purpose of baking christmas cakes was a waste of money

Lots cheap plastic ones on the market

The only downside of the mixer is the plastic splash guard which is brittle and dropped off
