I know some reviews stated you can not control features from the stereo screen with mirror function but in bluetooth mode i can control iheart radio app thats on my phone from the stereo touch screen which is nice

I would suggest the the hdmi cord and not the wireless connection

You can use the head unit to control your phone touch head unit instead of phone
