Quality
I have used this electric kettle for a week now, and here are my positives (+) and negatives (-) about this product.
I have always loved kenwood and when i seen this kettle i knew it was going to be an amazing product.
So, always remember to lift the kettle with the handle only.
We don't use the 7 available presets much, but the temperature can be changed to any setting you like with the + and - buttons as well.
Packaging/appearance
+ i love the brushed metal finish on the outside of the kettle.
- in addition to the functions itself, the kettle simply looks beautiful on your kitchen counter.
- another big negative is that the top lid does not come off the kettle.
So, you can't really put your hands into the kettle to clean it.

There are several aspects of this kettle that i think sets it apart from generic kettles my favourite part of the kettle is the fact that it allows me to change the brewing temperature depending on what kinds of drinks im making for and the led display shows what temperature the kettle is at
