One of the dumbbells had a piece of plastic snap off and now it is completely useless.

Could never bring myself to pay so much for the first type of these i’ve seen.

But they are great for the price point.

I also received my order fairly quickly once i ordered, which is always great.

However, i contacted customer service and they responded within a day and replaced it fast.

They offered to ship a new set to us to try again.

Competitiveness

Glad i bought these instead of some 2x more expensive ones.

The other brand they had was single adjustment (spin pick point) but nesting back in was terrible, was pia.
