It has a well built frame and is sturdy enough for the weights i have.

It is pretty stable in the basic bench workout positions and the versatility of the incline positions is great.

This was actually my second choice, but replaced my first choice when the first literally broke during my first use.

It declines, tilts up to 90 degrees, lays flat and then folds up into a small package for storage.

Price

So there's no excuse not to try this bench, especially for the price

I bought this for a simple workout bench for the garage where i didn't want to spend a ton of money.

And the seat is also deformed (photo 1) could have been from shipping, as the box was a little caved in on one side.
