Pros

It is a heat protectant, smoother and it makes the style last until the next shampoo. It definitely smooths out my hair and adds a bright shine. It leaves my hair soft and silky.

Natural hair is naturally on the drier side. Usually my hair gets a little frizzy and puffy and takes a day before it calms down with other products. This one leaves my hair straight, not frizzy, and shinning immediately after blow drying.

Product smells great. Not oily like some.

Cons

My hair is not softer, less frizzy or any of the things previous reviews stated. I hope their exorbitant markup was worth losing a customer. No more than my long-standing bumble and bumble primer.
