Pros

Kershaw seems to have perfected the open assist. The thumb studs are unconventional, unaesthetic, and perfect. Grip texture is great.

The finish is flawless from blade to grip (and seriously-- razor sharp). Very nice blade to it as well. A man that receives this knife from me means a lot to me.

Kershaw blur series is hands down my favorite every day carry folding/pocket knife. Drop point recurve is a good profile for edc. Comes with lifetime warranty.

I hope kershaw never stops making this knife and colorway. Beautiful in blue and red. Love the look and color.

Cons

The opener tab is too sharp and is painful to use. Not the stonewashed blade.

The ergonomically designed handle feels great in my hand and provides a secure grip, thanks to the trac-tec inserts.

The knife is very solid, easy to carry, very sharp and even great looking.

Rubberized hand grip fell off after 6 years of 5 day a week use.

For a "made in usa" knife i was really shocked at the poor quality of the torx screws holding the pocket clip in place.

For the price, this knife is really great.

Found it here for 40$ cheaper and made the purchase.

I wasn't sure it was worth the price, but the reviews were good everywhere that i looked, so i went ahead and made the purchase.

It arrived today and i quickly gave it the once over to examine my purchase.

Competitiveness

Maybe an extra nickel or dime invested in screws by kershaw for a flagship product would be worth it.

I mean, this is easily as good as a benchmade for half the price.
