Pros
Blade comes shaving sharp and seems easily sharpened. I like the low rise pocket clip at the very end of the handel so it conceals well in your pocket.
The finger grove for the thumb provides good leverage for the index finger. The ao flipper is pretty tight and impossible with wet hands, but i plan to adjust.
Cons
Even though the description says it has a speedsafe assisted opening device, it does not. The flipper is wide but not prominent, so it takes 100 lbs of pressure to engage the blade. This is the first dud i have got ahold of.

Very disappointed by the difficulty in opening this knife.
The flipper is way too stiff almost to the point where it's impossible to open.
Price
That leaves $150 for the “next knife” fund instead of getting one genuine al mar, which i really can’t do now that i have these.
The price was great, but i believe it's low because of this.
Not a bad knife for the price.
Competitiveness
I take care of them but use them a lot more than i would a genuine al mar as i have spares and can easily get another.
Once i got the ergonomics down, it works as well as a crkt m4-02 or a sog twitch ii, just a little different.

Yeah the flipper’s ergonomics aren’t great but it’s hardly difficult to open

The other thing is the the flipper for opening it is very dependent on how you hold the knife tried oil and adjusting pivot tension without much success then i looked at the ergonomics where i struck gold

First it is a frameside lock with a portion of the pocket clip side of the handle acting as the lock

There appears to be a small ball bearing mounted in the portion of the handle that reduces friction on the blade when opening but if your fingers ends up putting pressure on the lock portion of the handle it makes opening as bad as all of the reviewers state
