Pros

Sturdy, lighting fast opening. The clip is a beast so may need a little prying. The assisted opening action is firm but really quick at opening.

This knife feels durable, but i've only had it about a week. But it is used everyday by the roommate. It's big enough that i wouldn't balk at having to dress an animal with it. I always carry a pocket knife and this one is my new every day knife.

What an awesome knife at a great price. Highly recommend for the price and the value. Worth every cent.

I have this clash in all black-no serration. It is simple,sharp,serrated,light and has a heavier clip. Blade holds a good edge and sharpens easily when needed.

Love them. Awesome fick'n knife. Nice knife and typical kershaw good bang for buck.

I do miss when it was american made but it cost way more.

I do carry the the knife all of the time.

I could buy 10 clashes for the price of a single high end benchmade and i'd only be worried about wrecking the benchmade.

Competitiveness

One of the best blades out there for the price.

Probably would've picked a skinnier one but still this will do the trick.
