Pros

The assisted action is very smooth and positive and slightly sluggish due to the size. Slick action, crisp snap/stop, smooth sides for removal from your pocket. Blade still closes dead center after a lot of use.

Flat bottom of the handle is a perfect thumb rest. A bit bulkier than expected, fits my hand well.

Cons

It's too smooth and offers no texture to actually get a solid grip with. Kershaw wants me to send it back on my dime just to see if it is defective material.
