Once it loosens up though, it’s sweet.

The kershaw fraxion works awesome as a gentleman folder and a decent edc. Not for deep woods survival or tradesman use but just the thing for occasional everyday tasks and use as a credible emergency weapon. Perfect edc for its price range.

My only gripe is that i'm not a fan of slide liner locks. Opens smoothly and closes just as well. Only downside so far is that it is stiff when opening.

Cons

I have to think some are just defective in manufacture. The hole is elongated. Not sure what to do with it but send it out for warranty.

Only downside is you’re going to basically destroy a finger opening this knife for a while, as the only way is with the tab on the rear.

Price

The only flipper knife that comes close is the boker urban trapper,which costs 2-3 times as much.

The kershaw fraxion continues to be my edc preferance even with my recent spyderco delica 4 purchase.

I own the black one and tan, both with stonewashed blades.

Turned it into an unboxing knife for that reason lol.
