Pros & Cons
Pros
This knife is light in weight, but seems very solidly made. Typical kershaw quality shines through. It sharpens up well, gets small jobs done.
Great product, fast shipment. For $25 you get your moneys worth. Bang for the buck and a knife i highly recommend! It was between this & the fraxion andamp; i’m glad i went with this.
It opens easily and quickly with a satisfying snick, even though it's unassisted. It also closes easily with one hand. Contra to a criticism i read, the flipper is not too short.
Cons
The flipper is way too small on this. Lime and grime buildup on the inner portions of the handle. Almost as if stickers or plates were once glued down and then removed.
Highlights
Quality
The build quality is pretty good and everything seems really solid.
It is easy to open with the assist lever .
Two, the locking mechanism is quite a bit harder to unlock with the left hand as you have to pull up instead of pushing down.
Unfortunately the handle feels kinda lower quality.
Price
For the price, i love this knife.
Can't beat the quality of a kershaw knife and the price was amazing!
Then i realized i got my recepits mixed up and this knife was a fraxion (haha) of the price.
Packaging/appearance
This knife is very sharp right out of the box.
It's also very light in the pocket, you'll forget its there.
Competitiveness
I much prefer this than the over priced benchmades i've tried and hated.
I only have to push the flipper a little harder than on my speedsafe assisted kershaws.
Update: removed the pocket clip and made a paracord lanyard for this.
The standard 8cr13mov steel is pretty lackluster but it should be fine around the house or office.
