Pros

The blade is razor sharp out of the box. It keeps a razor-sharp edge that rivals that of my beloved cold steel american lawman. The steel is pretty good, even though its 8cr13mov, and the edge retention is normal.

The standard natrix blade comes with an acid washed black finish. It comes with some sort of matte 'titanium' finish. The copper frame is solid and a bit of artwork.

The blade sits in a slight detent when stowed. Lockup is extremely solid. The flipper is smooth with fast action and lockup.

The natrix is very lite weight and has perfect centering. Weighty but not too heavy, sturdy and sharp as the top names!

The natrix cf is a high quality knife. The carbon fiber is a great touch, adding uniqueness to the knife without overdoing it.

Cons

Chinese garbage with a kershaw name. Not very good for a edc. The reason is the steel indent that locks the blade closed.

The flipper is too small and dug right into my finger almost causing it to bleed. The liner lock is also positioned poorly, needing major force on the thumb. The flip is too tight and is not loosening up at all.
