Pros

Kershaw is a great company and highly reputable. A great bang for your buck. They see me using mine all summer long and they appreciate that i give them what i use - whomever the 2 lucky ones are.

It has amazed me that the american kershaws actually go up in price especially if you pay attention to the designer.

However my overall impression of the knife is that the quality is just as good as their american made knives.
