Pros

Two rows for bath towels, hand towels, & washcloths. Very sturdy. Towel holder looks really nice. Definitely use the drywall adapters.

Pleased with the purchase. Would buy again. Nice item.

Very disappointed. Not in the original box. Very poor quality everytime. Takes lots more zeros to buy me off.

The footprint where it attaches to the wall is not sufficient to support the weight of a couple of wet towels. You have to put the folded bath towels on it sideways or they don't fit.

It had the finish of brushed nickel, however 2 months later & it's rusting. Low quality metal. Very flimsy. Flimsy, warped, lightweight piece of junk.

Reordered brackets and still no fit. Paid a handyman to install it and now i will have to buy something else and pay again to install.

Its not easy to install and the shelf is a bit shallower than i expected but i'm happy with the outcome.

If your a divorced housewife that's awful at installing things, you will hate this product.

If your a master installer i'm sure you would find this fault ridiculous, and you would love this product.

Could not exactly find one that did not have an outrage price.
