Pros

The end caps on each rod are very effective in keeping towels on the rods. Pay attention to the diagram when placing the collar over the screw.

Sturdy construction. Impecable finish with 0 blemishes. I just wish it was a hair sturdier. It is a bonus that it is rust-proof.

Easy to install and quite sturdy. Includes the drywall anchors to keep it in place. Great product once it is installed.

Cons

Spacer bushings in-between the arms do not allow the arms to completely swing independently. The space between the screw hold and the top bar is so tight you can hardly fit the thing on. Imagine 3 towels hanging on this.
