Upon inspection i found that the shower head holder would not tighten as if the threads were stripped

I removed those parts and found that the threads were so poorly machined that i can push and wiggle the male piece 4 threads deep into the female piece before i had to turn it to tighten it furthersee the last pic

Even when screwed the rest of the way in you can almost wiggle and pull the 2 pieces back apart

Agreed to ship me a replacement and defer return shipping of the original until i could inspect the replacement and ensure that all of the components were satisfactory

The product is good and as described but it did not come with a instructioninstallation manual
