This device has a very easy mechanism a sort of dial that you twist there is a clicking sound when you turn it

Does the job but i had to use quite a bit of plumbers tape to get the main fitting to seal to the pipe

I prefer the handtighten style of shower attachments this one required a fair amount of torque too which made me nervous because the material doesnt feel very strong
